  4. Melt the butter and fry the mushrooms on it.

  • pasta - 600 g;
  • 250 g of zuccini;
  • champignons - 300 g;
  • ground black pepper;
  • 200 g of sun-dried tomatoes;
  • two cloves of garlic;
  • 50 g of flour;
  • lean oil.

Cooking method:

  1. Salt the water boiling in the pan, twist the fire and pour the pasta into it. Cook from the moment of boiling, periodically mixing, for ten minutes. Turn off the fire and throw the contents into a colander. We wash the ingredient under running water and leave all the liquid to the glass.
  2. We chop the washed zucchini in small pieces and put it on a clean plate.
  3. Rinse the mushrooms and cut into thin slices.
  4. We wash the green onions under the tap, shake off the remaining moisture and shred it with rings.
  5. Put the sun-dried tomatoes on a board and cut into strips.
  6. We clean the cloves of garlic from the husk and squeeze it through a press into a separate plate.
  7. We put a frying pan with vegetable oil on fire. When it warms up well, spread the mushrooms and fry, stirring, for half an hour. Then add the cooked tomatoes and tskkkini. Cook for another 20 minutes, stirring. Add green onion at the end. Five minutes later, remove the pan from the stove.
  8. In a separate frying pan, dissolve the butter over low heat. Pour the flour and fry it, with constant stirring, for a couple of minutes.
  9. In a saucepan with boiling water, dissolve the bouillon cube. Add the fried flour, continuously while stirring, so that there are no lumps. Simmer for three minutes.
  10. Mix pasta with fried vegetables. We shift the resulting mixture into a deep form and pour the sauce. Bake for 20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.

Pasta casserole in a pan

Ingredients:

  • 400 g pasta;
  • onions - 2 pcs.;
  • 6 medium tomatoes;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 100 g thick sour cream;
  • greenery;
  • hard cheese;
  • spice.

How to cook:

  1. Cook pasta.
  2. Cut the onion into small cubes and fry in a pan.
